A space to come
home to yourself.

If you've found yourself here, you may be looking for a psychologist. Life can be tender, and difficult, and the way through is rarely a straight line. My work is to walk it with you — without rescuing, without rushing, without fixing what was never broken.

Therapy is not a place you arrive at healed. It's a place you arrive at honest.

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to show up as our full, authentic selves — bright parts and shadowed parts both. Therapy here is a slow, compassionate space to explore who you are, what you carry, and how you might want to move forward.

I work flexibly, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, so that the work we do together is shaped to fit your life — not the other way around.

My sessions take place online, so we can meet wherever you happen to be in the country. Assessments are part online, part in person at my Fourways rooms. The equine work, of course, asks for the company of a horse, and so is held in person.

Different doors into the same work.

Each offering is a different way of meeting you where you are — whether you're seeking individual therapy, support as a parent, an neurodiversity assessment for yourself, or something more embodied.

Caspian, walking

The work, in a few lines.

I will not rescue you. For you are not powerless. I will not fix you. For you are not broken. I will not heal you. For I see you in your wholeness. I will walk with you through the darkness, As you remember your light.

A Medicine Woman's Prayer

A practice built on three quiet commitments.

However we come to meet — through online individual therapy, an assessment, parental support, or with a horse alongside us — the underlying way of working stays the same.

i.

You set the pace.

Healing is not on a schedule. We move at the speed of your nervous system, not the calendar.

ii.

Wholeness, not repair.

I don't believe you are broken. The work is not to fix you — it's to help you remember the parts of yourself you've had to set down to survive.

iii.

Tailored, not templated.

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and weave them to your life. The therapy is shaped to you — not the other way around.

If something here resonates, I'd love to hear from you.

You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. A first message is often the hardest, and the most important.
