If you've found yourself here, you may be looking for a psychologist. Life can be tender, and difficult, and the way through is rarely a straight line. My work is to walk it with you — without rescuing, without rushing, without fixing what was never broken.
My approach is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to show up as our full, authentic selves — bright parts and shadowed parts both. Therapy here is a slow, compassionate space to explore who you are, what you carry, and how you might want to move forward.
I work flexibly, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, so that the work we do together is shaped to fit your life — not the other way around.
My sessions take place online, so we can meet wherever you happen to be in the country. Assessments are part online, part in person at my Fourways rooms. The equine work, of course, asks for the company of a horse, and so is held in person.
Each offering is a different way of meeting you where you are — whether you're seeking individual therapy, support as a parent, an neurodiversity assessment for yourself, or something more embodied.
One-on-one therapy from anywhere in the country. A confidential, ongoing space to explore what's stuck, what's hidden, what's painful and what's asking to be heard.
Learn more 02 / AssessmentThoughtful, strengths-based assessments for ADHD, autism, and the ways your mind works differently — for adults and for teens.
Learn more 03 / FamilyFor parents raising neurodivergent children. Less about formulas, more about learning a new language alongside your child, and filling up your toolbox to connect with them, and help them thrive.
Learn more 04 / FamilyConsidered, child-centred parenting plans for separating or co-parenting families. Drafted with care, in the best interests of the child.
Learn more 05 / ExperiencedTherapy with a horse alongside us — for anyone, whether you've spent your life around horses or have never sat on one. The horse meets you honestly, and often says what we can't yet put into words.
Learn more 06 / EmbodiedAn equine-rider therapy for trauma and integration for horse riders — for those who find that the body knows things the mind cannot yet say and which keep you disconnected from your horse.

I will not rescue you. For you are not powerless. I will not fix you. For you are not broken. I will not heal you. For I see you in your wholeness. I will walk with you through the darkness, As you remember your light.
— A Medicine Woman's Prayer
However we come to meet — through online individual therapy, an assessment, parental support, or with a horse alongside us — the underlying way of working stays the same.
Healing is not on a schedule. We move at the speed of your nervous system, not the calendar.
I don't believe you are broken. The work is not to fix you — it's to help you remember the parts of yourself you've had to set down to survive.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and weave them to your life. The therapy is shaped to you — not the other way around.
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. A first message is often the hardest, and the most important.
